Guardian Druid: how to deal with -root in place- spells /u/IlBrasa World of Warcraft

As a Guardian Druid, what drives me crazy is that, unlike every other tank in the game, I have no way to remove immobilizing root spells.

In theory, as a Druid, changing form should remove them, but while tanking, if I shift out of bear form for even a second, I get annihilated (mainly speaking about Mythic Plus).

Am I missing something, or is there some skill I can use to manage this huge issue?

How do you guys handle it?
