So I just had to do a clear windows 10 installation due to corrupted files. My hdd and ssd are showing that they are taking up space so there are my games and other files installed but they dont show up on Steam and it says that I have to install them. Is there a way yo get my steam games back or do I just have to format the partition and install the games again?

The classic “sorry for my bad english” 😅

If you go on TF2’s page, you’ll find it just above the language table. Interesting enough, as far as I’m aware, only games that use VAC make use of this tab.
