Controller suddenly unresponsive, The Long Dark /u/Lefty-Confetti Steam on Reddit

All was going fine, connected my ps4 controller to the game, and was playing perfectly fine. It wasn’t until I went into (in game) settings to change my sensitivity that I noticed a “view keybinds” button. Which I pressed, wondering if I had just spent ages in the steam version viewing the keybinds when I could’ve done it in game. It just opened the steam page, forcing me to close the game — and now the inputs won’t work at all.

I can boot the game up pressing buttons on my controller to get past the “warnings” but as soon as I get the opportunity to select my gamemode on the start menu, its unresponsive. The homepage has button suggestions made for the controller so it’s definitely connected. All my keybinds are the default (minus making R3 crouch and L3 sprint, and changing the radial menu button, but I doubt they’d mess this up when they were set before the issue arose.)

On top of that, my mouse is unresponsive. Before I could jump between the two, keyboard and mouse to controller, but now its “locked in” to my controller only, which is unresponsive. I have to alt+tab everytime I want to close the game.

I’ve tried disconnecting the controller and resetting my laptop but with no prevail. Any help is still help, thanks.

Audio Off-sync with Steam’s new game-recording feature /u/ALTERNUM_1 Steam on Reddit

New to this subreddit, but I had recorded some gameplay clips of Gravity Circuit, they seem to be fine when played in VLC Media Player or any other video player, but whenever I put it to editing software like Vegas Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro, the audio is off-sync. Could please someone explain why is this happening and how could I fix it?

Steam just processed my order but I accidentally used the wrong 3 digit code on my card /u/Conscious_Moment_535 Steam on Reddit

Anyone else have this? I was on autopilot and inputted the wrong 3 digit number, (just wrong way round) and I was getting ready to redo it, but the order went through?

Steam Link won’t connect to Quest 3 /u/Sorry_Comparison_708 Steam on Reddit

New to steam and VR, bought phasmophobia and when I log into steam link a screen pops up warning me that WiFi isn’t preferred. My controllers won’t register as on so I’m not able to dismiss the screen to continue playing

What if steam had a opt out option for Thrid party launchers? /u/VideoGamesofAnimated Steam on Reddit

Kinda wish there’s an options that does not force you to install a third party launchers, I don’t want to fully get rid of them, but what if like a solutions of a opt out system if the game must be allow to steam the buyer can opt out of a forced third party launcher? I dont think that would break the anti trust and the company can keep using their launchers.
