Buttons aren’t colored and look like regular text, noticed this in other areas of Steam too

Blocking /u/moonsareus Steam on Reddit

Blocking /u/moonsareus Steam on Reddit

I’m trying to get something resolved once and for all about getting blocked on Steam.

I’ve seen conflicting accounts of how one can tell if they’ve been blocked or not, and I’d really love to get to the bottom of this. One source says you’ll never see them online if you’ve been blocked, another says this is untrue. They still appear on my friends’ list, and i can see when they’re idle and when active. I gave this person an award after i started thinking i was blocked, but if i was blocked doesn’t that count as an interaction? I would think i wouldn’t be able to do that.

Please help!

Edit: I can also still see their games and badges, unsure if this will help give a final determination.
