Lately I’ve been on a rpg hook. I’ve recently beat Chained Echoes, and I’m currently playing Sea of Stars. I tried playing Octopath Traveller, but I had to return it because my save files kept on getting deleted forcing me to restart every time. Some other games I’m looking at are, Chrono Trigger, and Final Fantasy VI. Anyway if you got ideas post them here.

Is there a way to direct steam to always place my online notifications at the bottom right of the screen? /u/WhoaTeejaay Steam on Reddit

I recently had to reinstall my steam client and upon reinstalling ive noticed that my notification overlay for when a friend gets online isn’t consistently in one area. Sometimes it’ll be in the upper left, sometimes upper right and on rare occasions the lower left. Never in the same spot though. Is there a way to make it persistent and tell steam that I always want them to appear in a specific corner?

Note: ive noticed that it depends on which game I’m playing and if I’m alt+tabbed to my other monitor. On Call of Duty, the notifications appear at the upper right, when Alt+tabbed, it moves to the lower left. In American Truck Sim, they seem to always appear at the lower left. Really strange.

I was browsing my discovery queue and a “little window” taking half the steam screen appeared with an on and off switched. I pressed it, and a few neon light in form of gift started appearing and lighting up, followed by a tree in the middle lighting from the bottom to the top. Once the neon tree was fully lit, the “window” just dissapeared.

Was wondering if there was something like the recent clorthax paradox happening cause i’ve never seen that before. wasnt able to take a screenshot since i wasnt expecting it to go away
