Carousel’s stance on scalping? /u/Both_Accountant143 Singapore

I see a lot of sellers selling concert tickets at exorbitant prices as soon as tickets go on sale. Some even started selling before tickets go on sale.

What is Carousel’s stance on this? Or is there even one?

A rare find. People's Park Complex in a fully orange colour, 1989

Back when it was first opened in the 70s, it used to be bare grey concrete, then in the 90s, it was painted in dark green and orange before being repainted as light green and yellow around 2009.

However, I stumbled upon a rare picture of People’s Park Complex in a shade of orange from 1989, so I found it fascinating, like a rare find, bcos I havent really seen other pictures of PPC in this colour.

Update: looks like I found two more

There’s another picture also from 1989, same street, further behind: https://www.flickr.com/photos/phil_p/12716875794/

In DP Architects’ portfolio, there is also a later picture of the complex with the colours fading.
