When Cinematic Cam goes wrong /u/MJGson Red Dead Redemption

When Cinematic Cam goes wrong /u/MJGson Red Dead Redemption

I know we’ve all suffered, lost, and died while being in the absolutely magnificent cinematic mode. Can’t tell you how many lost pelts from a cougar attack or the frustrating slam into a wagon and cause all hell to break loose. Today I had one that absolutely took the cake of any experience I’ve had in the 600 hours.

I have a perfect panther, two badgers, and three boar pelts after a really nice hunt down south. Anyway I set my marker to the trapper near Riggs Station for a calm jaunt. I know at this point to be alert and haven’t lost any on this playthrough. Some ODriscolls are currently holding up a lawman wagon with their dipshit buddy. I always intervene in these cases and was just blessed with a few extra heavy fire bottles. Decided to try it out. I throw the bottle after handling business and it’s a funny scene. I get on my white Arabian (I know, relax) and hit cinematic and was obviously not thinking. My precious horse rides ride into the burning wagon, torching all of my pelts and dying in the process.

I hope some hunter at a campfire saw and laughed to himself at the scene.
