Game thinks I’m killing innocent people /u/ProGreyFoxx Red Dead Redemption

As the title says, my game thinks I’m killing innocent people. At first I thought it was just in game dialogue but then Arthur talked about it with Mary Beth, Karen, and a special interaction where Ms. Grimshaw says, “I know it’s you that’s killing those innocent people.”

The most I do is clear gang hideouts, but I have maximum honor. This also hasn’t happened in any of my other million play-throughs.

So maybe i’m looking in way much about this. Was currently watching lore videos about the strange man and was otw to his cabin. My horse stops for no reason and Arthur says, “Huh? Coulda Sworn…” To top it all off the game got incredibly foggy instantly. Well over 150+ hours and multiple play throughs and haven’t seen anything like this. Gave me instant chills, anyone have similar experiences? I was also already on edge because of the videos I was watching so tell me if i’m being crazy.
