​r/reddeadredemption Getting Arthur into Blackwater for the challenges is relatively easy, if you start any bounty mission, capture or kill them (if you want peace and quiet) and simply ride into Great Plains with them on the back of your horse. No wanted level and no Pinkertons, you don’t have to avoid any roads and can even visit Blackwater. Just don’t go into thieves landing, otherwise you get insta killed. ​r/reddeadredemption Aside from being a rat and how he manipulated Dutch to the downfall of the gang, I feel like he can be someone you can go to. Nothing personal wise, but in working with him on jobs/missions. Personally I think he’s good at finding information holding good money. The stagecoach you rob after breaking him out, you get a good amount of loot. The only reason it didn’t go fully as planned, was bc of the O’Driscolls. The route they took was definitely planned. No matter what road they went, the O’Driscolls were already spread out and waiting at all possible roads. That’s why some started coming towards them from the forest on the otherside of the river. They were driving a wagon, coming from the north, assuming they were blocking the path that intersects with that wooden bridge nearby.
