Question about MR expeditions /u/Traditional_Ask_1306 Monster Hunter: World

So I’ve been trying to get elder dragons in my expeditions, currently in MR, and I’m wondering if I’m doing it right. I’ve just been going to wildspire and reloading if I don’t find teostra. Is this how people usually do it or am I missing something?

Charge Blade /u/noriiiii_ Monster Hunter: World

Can someone explain to me how to properly use charge blade? I’ve been using it since mid/end high rank and I just slayed Barioth in Iceborn, but still couldn’t figure out how to properly do combos or have a good damage output. So if someone could explain or teach me some stuff, I would really appreciate it. I’ve been struggling a lot with it.

I’m following this guide from Hammer since the start of the game, but know at iceborne I don’t know how can get 3 Critical Boost Jewel, can anybody help me ? or should i follow another hammer guide ?
