​r/MonsterHunterWorld (I picked up MH:W on Steam sale on a friend’s recommendation since the new game is coming out soon.) So I killed the T-Rex on his quest with my knife and buckler. When looking at the smithy, there’s a huge armor upgrade, which would be very nice to pick up since I’m still wearing the basic bone armor. What’s the best way to farm the T-Rex for his drops? I tried walking out on an expedition, but the T-Rex just limped out of the map after I fought him for a bit. I tried trapping him a second time when he started limping, but he seemed immune to the tranq bombs I threw on him and just went berserk and 1-shot me.
