Just want opinions, not a political fight. /u/KPeters93 People Person’s Paper People

African Americans were your thoughts when you first saw the scene of Nate doing black face? Are you glad they removed the scene?

Again I don’t want a political fight, just honest opinions from the community about the scene.

People may not agree with what i am going to say, but Andy is a genius exactly like Michael. /u/sanket_joice People Person’s Paper People

I have been rewatching the show for the 7th time and i just noticed how well Andy manages the office as the branch manager. I know hes not as lively and funny as michael but HE IS. The way he handles his employees in tense situations by being funny or doing something goofy. Thats exactly how michael was.

I was just watching the episode where andy is fired by Robert California and how andy goes back to david wallace to get a deal with him. This scenario is somewhat very similar to how michael got back his position as the manager. He may have started his own paper company and his efforts may have been more than Andy’s but andy just needed one opportunity.

I just wanted to say they’re both geniuses. Dont mind me, i just wanted to share my thoughts on this because i dont see how not many people talk about how well they both handle the office.

Thanks! Ciao

Michael Scott’s Business Idea… or Why He Should Never Be in Charge of Finances /u/genesispa1 People Person’s Paper People

So Michael Scott once said, “I am running a business, and it is a great business. I make great decisions. You guys make good decisions too. But I am always gonna be in charge. Always!”

Then he goes and opens a “Dundie Awards” box to fund the company’s annual Christmas party

Michael, buddy, we get it, but maybe try using that world-class business mind for actual revenue-generating ideas instead of handing out trophies to people for “Best Mom Jeans” or “Best [Blank] on the Block”??

I think we can all agree, as much as we love him, Michael Scott running the show is the reason Dwight is probably secretly tracking every penny. 😂

What’s the worst (or best?) “Michael Scott business decision” you’ve seen?
