I love the office /u/LowRevolutionary5653 People Person’s Paper People

It’s just so silly. Been watching it all the time lol for like a decade at this point, but they just feel like my friends & i know the actors LOVED filming it together AS friends so it feels like I’m watching my friends have fun together. And the office ladies podcast? Just two literal friends who HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME filming it that they want ro revisit it. They are so sweet.

It’s just SO comforting to see people having a GREAT time filming a great show 🥹

PSA: The Office is no longer broadcasting 24/7 on Fave TV /u/Fried_Yoda People Person’s Paper People

For those of us cord cutters who don’t have Peacock, Fave TV (CBS’ OTA subchannel, typically 4) was where you can reliably watch The Office at any given time of the day just by turning your TV on. Not any more. Seems like their licensing deal expired when the clock struck midnight on January 1.

Honestly it was always too good to be true. The Office on Fave TV was concocted to be a loss leader. CBS was paying syndication licensing fees to NBC for The Office, just to draw eyeballs in the off chance that the repetitive Paramount+ commercials would entice enough people to subscribe to it. Either that or entice them to text the number on your screen for generic Viagra, testosterone pills, or “your favorite attorney.”

RIP The Office on Fave TV. It was a fun ride while it lasted.
