Hello, running a 2nd campaign with the same-ish party i’ve been playing since we started with dnd about 2 years ago and I feel like they are really difficult. First of all whenever they see anything (event a rusty sword or piece of clothing) dropped by an enemy they take it, and pretty much always they complain that they don’t get enough xp. Then to more single player problems, we got a guy that will torture people’s pets for fun, steal a Police dog, and then complain how he shouldn’t be arrested (also steals npc’s stuff and tries to sell it back to them) A girl that thinks that she is the main character and also when they is a slightest difficulty that her character experiences she says that im targeting her and that i’m unfair, And last but not least a dude who is a chill guy but he can’t really rp and in combat he is often on his phone, making everything super slow and then complains that combat is slow. Do yeah is this a normal peril of trying to DM for a party of Teens?
