My party commissioned this drawing of my Wildfire Druid for Christmas, best gift EVER!

Joralf Dusparque is an Earth Genasi and heir to the throne of a faction of volcano-dwelling french speakers. He’s run away from home after performing a forbidden ritual with his boyfriend to seal their love eternally by turning him into his fire spirit. Now his father has half the continent chasing him down.

I nearly cried cause I had no idea they were working on this surprise. Happy rolling everyone!

Is Romance in BG3 an authentic thing on table top dnd? /u/JackfruitOptimal4444 DnD: Roll for Initiative!

I normally hate romance in rpg games but I think it was done well in BG3. People say bg3 is pretty true to the dnd experience (ive only played limited tabletop dnd) but I have a hard time believing romance is commonplace in dnd unless a IRL couple is RPing as a couple in a game. I imagine unless its a pre-established thing any attempt to romance another players character will come off as creepy and also incredibly boring to the rest of the party. I imagine most good DMs would shut down most romances?

What is the class that is easy to manage for a beginner? /u/roxgxd DnD: Roll for Initiative!

We’re going to have a new player at the table and she asked me for a class tip. I know that the fighter is the easiest class to learn to play but it doesn’t end up being an easy class to end up putting in a bad situation due to a bad build choice and ending up getting into a bad situation that’s hard to get out of because of the lack of tools.

Hi! My pc is a Human Bladesinger Wizard who was locked and abandoned in a Tower alone for 10 years and I’m looking for phrases of all kinds to say in various situations. I must say that, as she lived in captivity for a long time, besides having a precious 11 in Charisma, she has a sullen, ironic and sarcastic personality. One of his phrases for example would be ‘Its not natural for someone to be as stupid as he is tall and yet there you stand”.

Any ideas for phrases, jokes or quotes? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
