So, I am relatively new to D&D. I used to play it a lot with my dad, but obviously, that’s not quite the same as playing with other people. But that aside, I had an idea for character flavor. I’m sure I’m not the first person to think of it, but I did come up with it myself. I had the idea to play a wizard who lost an arm and got it replaced with a perpetually active, short-range Mage Hand that is confined to the stump. It could act as an arm replacement and wouldn’t act any different from a normal arm. I just think this would be cool, so I am asking if you would generally consider this a fine flavor to add or, if I was in your game, would you allow it? Ik it’s a run-on sentence, but I can’t be bothered, tbh. This would be in 5E.
