What is considered a lot of money in lore? Not including the player character. /u/Jinxynii Old School RuneScape!

This is something I’ve always wondered about. We often times don’t earn all that much money in quests, and there’s characters talking about things even under 1,000,000 gp being considered a fortune (the cannon being a good example). I just finished Family Pest and 500,000 coins was brought up as decently well off.

So, what do you guys think is considered to be a lot of money, in the world itself. Our player character does not count, given how they seem to be some sort of freak of nature in the world as a whole.
