Hot take: A “dead” equipment slot has always been bad game design /u/LordArafa Old School RuneScape!

Hot take: A “dead” equipment slot has always been bad game design /u/LordArafa Old School RuneScape!

Title. You should get benefit from having bis gear in every slot. The eternal boot change is good. I know it feels bad being forced to bring in an extra switch to achieve the same power we have now, but it should have always been like this. If you dont bring in boots it goes from what? Shadow hitting an 84>82 in toa??? Eighty fucking two. Thats still actually stupid dps. Augury buff is good, its always been essentially useless. Nobody complains about prayer drain on rigour. Part of the skill ceiling in this game is being able to do content with less supplies and more switches. Look at tob learner setups compared to endgame bis tob setups. If anything with this change primordial and pegasians need some love as well so that every bis boot is worth bringing.

Tldr: Changes good. You want bis dps? bring bis gear. Dead gear slots is bad design, always has been.

What’s the saddest non cutscene line in the game for you? /u/Tanay2004 Red Dead Redemption

What’s the saddest non cutscene line in the game for you? /u/Tanay2004 Red Dead Redemption

For me, it’s in the final shootout of the first game, John says while shooting at the army “I won’t let you take him again” this line hits even harder after knowing his attitude towards Jack in the beginning of RDR2. He was finally trying to make up for everything but then… you know.

Red dead one platinum I achieved earlier today! Such a tedious and annoying process but I really love all the memories I made along the way. And now, I mentally prepare myself for the torturous task of red dead 2. I need only 23 trophies🙏

Murloc Monday – ask your questions here /u/AutoModerator World of Warcraft

Aaaaaughibbrgubugbugrguburgle! RwlRwlRwlRwl!

That’s murloc for “Welcome to Murloc Mondays” – where people can ask any type of question about WoW without getting strangled by a Death Knight.

Questions can range from what’s new in Dragonflight, what class is OP, and how many Demons will it take to down Thrall?

Questions can come from brand new players, players returning, or veteran players who never got a chance to ask the right question.

Afraid of not getting an answer? Rest assured, we know that at least 90% of questions get answered!

You may want to look at /r/wownoob as well!

Here are some handy guides to start World of Warcraft as a brand new player or start Classic World of Warcraft as a brand new player.

Unless you played in the current expansion, pretty much everything has changed. If you’re returning after a very long break, check out the WoW Returning Players Guide.
