Advice on Tailors in Pasadena CA /u/Mkershah /r/malefashionadvice

Tried to go through the subreddit with no luck, I have a blazer in a dark navy color that I’d like to match with pants to make a full suit out of it, Is there anyone that can help with referring me to someone that could make me those trousers custom made without breaking the bank?

The potential of Delves is huge /u/Educational_Set_6846 World of Warcraft

Look, it’s early, nobody’s opinion is right or wrong, but I got lucky enough to get into the Alpha and they’re a blast. I must say that they are very basic right now but still really fun but here’s my initial feedback:

If they just keep the first 2–3 levels we’ll have a lot of people on the casual side be super happy with it. The exploration, the graphics and everything else is great!!

But I so hope they don’t forget about the high end of players and they give us this game’s third pillar. Something to do that is as rewarding, but you don’t wanna group. Raiding and m+ is fun but I don’t always wanna group. I think (in no specific order)) they would benefit a lot from

Mirroring some parts of a boss, but with less mechanics. This makes it cheaper for them to create models and interactions. Making it an actual delve where you keep going lower and lower into the ground, and the lower you go, the better the rewards…something like that Path of Exile mechanic that is named similarly. Ensuring rewards will be proper. I really don’t feel like doing m+ or raid every week, but a solo experience that’s as hard?? count me in. Less focus on clicking stuff the further you go. This bit of delves gets really boring really fast. The lower you go the more they should focus on hard mechanics and mobs. Making actual bosses that you need to learn and manage correctly. Most stuff now even if scaled would just be fixed by gear too fast.

Really hope we can move away from the thought of something being harder just because it takes more time to build a group. it isn’t harder, it’s just annoying….

Overall this gives me POTENTIAL Mage Tower vibes, and I really hope they keep at it and not leave it to rot as Torghast did.

I think everyone would have enjoyed Torgast if it actually were fun, but making any activity mandatory always feels bad.

Antur Jeans /u/05878 /r/malefashionadvice

Hello,I searched all over for reviews of the Antur Supply (www.antursupplyco.com) jeans and struggled so thought I’d add this here to help others.

These jeans were all over my social media feed and also on the UK news, which is how I found out about them.

They claim to re-designed traditional jeans, to reduce wearing of the fabric and increase flexibility, breathability and have ‘deep’ pockets. They also have a measure of water resistance.

Now I am familiar with similar male and female brands offering the same or similar products.

I was looking for some new trousers but resisted as the only reviews I could find on the product was on their website. But recently bit the bullet to purchase one in black for me and my wife.

They arrived, broadly well packaged in a brown eco postage bag and plastic-like covering (that can be composted) . First impressions were they looked good and were well made, broadly fit true to size too.

My takeaways

The construction seems broadly good but not premium. The zip especially this feels cheap and tacky (where I suspect failure could first present itself) . The pockets also feel cheap and suspect, they also aren’t actually very deep not when compared with Prana, DU/ER and all their competitors.

The colour is well saturated (although I got black so perhaps not fully representative).

They seem to fit true to size, although if you are on the boundaries consider sizing up or down as required as there isn’t much stretch in the waist.

The waist/ hip area is tighter than alot of their competitors or alternatives such as DU/ER chinos.

They are flexible in the legs and groin areas. I am able to squat in them with ease and the tight waist means they back of the waist doesn’t get pulled down. I used it for a mild off road walk without issues, however they aren’t as flexible as some of their competitors.

On breathability again they are okay but not as much as alternatives such as the DU/ER above.

Time will tell how they wear and on the water resistance.

I hope this helps others.
