Cialis only effectively working in high doses /u/ChuckMyGuck Sex

I’m wondering about Cialis dosages and if I may have something more severe going on than just ED.

I should note that I have an appointment scheduled with a urologist. Based on past experience, I don’t expect much help going down that route.

To start, I have always had ED problems. Without medication, I can almost never get an erection. When I do, it is only partial.

Recently, I started dating again and jumped back on Cialis. I have taken it in the past, but it only ever worked when I took 40mg and had taken 20mg the day before.

I have been taking 5mg of the daily. To jump start things before the daily dose arrived, and because I had some dates lined up, I took 20mg a day for about 5 or 6 days. With the jump start I was able to get hard erections and would get morning wood every morning. This lasted about a month.

The last week or two, the morning wood stopped and I could get erect but not very hard. I took 20mg on Monday and Wednesday this week, and it helped a little.

I’m worried as I have a date this weekend with someone I’ve been seeing, and I think we are going to have sex. I plan on taking 20mg until the date and keeping a pill handy in case we go to her place.

I’m wondering weather I should try to get on 20mg daily for the foreseeable future.
