I don’t need to approach women to satisfy my needs and it sucks. I have been watching porn on a regular basis since puberty and it’s obviously very much ingrained in how I think and see things. I’m not desperate or super stressed but I obviously want to change and don’t want all the great opportunities I have to go to waste.
Has anyone experienced something similar and can give advice on how to improve? Honestly it really helped charing my story. Cheers
