Fun game: Is it an STI or… /u/Throwaway-7451631 Sex

I know I know: See a doctor, yes, of course! I already made an appt. but it’s not for 2 more days. In the meantime, crowd-sourced information please…

So I had a 1-night stand with a sweet guy I met at a wedding. Yes we used a condom.

I kind of just wanted to prove to myself that I could fuck the hottest guy at the wedding and I did. It wasn’t that great. I didn’t come even close to an orgasm. As soon as it “started” I wished I could just edit-undo but I felt like I had to complete the activity I started. Dumb.

Anyway, 3-4 days later, now my vaginal opening is bright red. No unusual discharge or odor, no itching, no bumps, no pain; but yes an unusual sensation that feels, well, like the color red.

I asked him when his last STI test was and he said about a year ago but he’s only been with his girlfriend in that time. (We’re both in open relationships.) I have no reason to believe he’s lying, we’re both communicating and behaving as mature adults should.

So I’m skeptical to panic it’s an STI. Google suggests “vulvar dermatitis” as the differential diagnosis…

I was supposed to see my #1Lover tonight, for the first time in 3 weeks, but I’m sadly cancelling because of these concerns.

Thoughts?
