So I hooked up with a FWB from years ago the other night and he didn’t want to kiss me. In hindsight, he never did. I don’t think it’s anything to with oral hygiene on either end or with post-oral stuff. His reason was that he only people he kisses are people that he loves. Which I kinda get, but that to me sounds weird. Kissing is a huge part of foreplay to me, and it was a bit awkward. I understand drawing barriers, but “I only kiss my parents, my kids, and a long-term partner” seems really damn weird to me.

I’m not trying to date this guy – I’m not dating at all atm – and we’ve had casual encounters in the past so he (hopefully) knows I’m not trying to entrap him or something.

I’m obviously not going to revisit this guy but I’m just genuinely confused about someone who invited me to have sex with him, know it’s all safe, knowing I’m just up for fun, but draws the line at kissing me as part of foreplay after having his dick in my arse.
