Roleplay help /u/Cephalonix DnD: Roll for Initiative!

Hi all

Regarding the world this is set in we are an overworld resistance force trying to fight back the under dark who are trying to return to the surface from us.

Basically I’m playing a thri-kreen soul knife rogue/college of whispers bard who due to his backstory of being trained from birth to be a weapon, a spy for the resistance to observe and document the workings of the under dark, as a lone operative he hasn’t had the chance to really develop a personality and has no identifiable emotions, being that he is both a telepathic bug and that he’s quite emotionally stunted due to his upbringing.

Any advice how you might run this or any examples you can give would be appreciated!!
