If not LinkedIn where is the best place to find/apply to jobs /u/abb2532 CSCQ protests reddit

I am a Canadian new grad with less than a year of experience (both positions were freelance for 8 and 2 months) and I notice that a lot of advice not related to fixing your resume is that job boards like LinkedIn are mostly ghost jobs that don’t exist. If that’s the case where do most people apply for their jobs? Because I see a lot of people complaining they’ve applied for thousands of roles and not got anything, and it makes me think that we’re applying in the wrong places.
