How do school fire drills work in cold places? /u/awkwardfish1101 No such thing as stupid questions

I’ve lived in Florida all my life so I’m just curious. In states where it stays very cold for extended periods and maybe there’s snow on the ground, do you still go outside for fire drills? Do you take time to put on your winter layers?
