Why can I not stay hard even though I have normally no issue getting hard /u/castbog Sex

Hey yall just asking for some advice here, I’m a functioning 18 year old who dosent normally struggle to get an erection although I’ll admit they could be harder but it still works. My issue is for about the past 10 or so times with my girlfriend I have gotten so nervous I guess, that before having sex I have lost my erection.im not an anxious person at all but almost every time my heart is pounding and im shaking. I have never dealt with this before with any previous girlfriend and I feel really bad because she thinks it’s her fault. Another thing that should be noted is I’m not able to get hard without stimulation. It seems like every time this happens I get more and more frustrated and things get worse and I’m not sure why.
