Do you ever get annoyed when someone you don’t know/dislike uses a nickname your friends usually use? /u/No_Entertainer_6954 No such thing as stupid questions

My name is Nathan and my friends call me Nate Dog, and I’m fine with that as I’ve been friends with almost all of them for a decade now, but people in my grade (mind you, most of these people I either dislike or straight up don’t know) have started calling me it, and for some odd reason, this really pisses me off, does anyone else feel this way?
