I’ve been searching everywhere and I can’t find someone with the same problem. I am tired of it and I need help to understand what’s wrong with me.

My whole life I’ve been scared of inserting anything inside of me, my fingers or any type of objects like tampons for exemple. I never really cared about it in the past. Then I realized I have a problem when I had my first boyfriend, he could do things to me, but when he asked me to do it to myself I just couldn’t. I am extremely scared ??? But once again I never cared cause the problem was on me. But now I am with a woman, and realize that not only I’m scared of doing it to me but also to her.

Please I need answers and no one can give some to me. Does anyone experience that ?
