Small amount of blood after sex /u/Educational-Ad-3307 Sex

Hello, I’ve noticed this everytime we have sex for a few months now. We usually have sex every 14 days (we have roommates and paper-thin walls so we’re shy). In my opinion that plays a role in me being quite tight and dry. My boyfriend is also quite large for me, so it always hurts at first, but he is very gentle, I just have to get used to him for a few seconds (get wetter, more ‘open’) and then it doesn’t hurt for the rest of the act. Then for like half a day everytime I go pee I will see small dots of fresh blood on the toilet paper. None on my underwear, even when I wear white. Do you think this is because of his size and some lube/longer foreplay will help or should I be concerned? (I go for pap smear once a year and everything is ok there)
