Obviously we’re seeing a lot about birthright citizenship and I know it’s typically in regards to illegal immigrants from the south, but it got me wondering. If a couple from France (or wherever) visits the US on vacation for a week and their baby is born in the US during that week, does that mean their baby can be a US citizen?
