I have OCD. A few days ago, at 2:30 a.m in the morning, I had a wet dream. I changed my pants and went to sleep. During the next 2 hours of sleep, I saw a dream of me masturbating the way I used to do and when I woke up I felt rubbing on my penis, almost I was on my stomach not entirely but it was touching the pillow. I thought “Shit, I broke my vow of abstinence” and got out of the bed. I don’t know why I was in that position, perhaps during the dream of myself masturbating I turned over during sleep to my right side where pillow was. I don’t know I actually rubbed and when I felt somewhat like my dick thrusting a bit against the bed I woke up. Or I don’t know if the erection and contact with the bed happened while dreaming. Whatever it was, it’s not fully conscious. It was mostly unconscious. The only conscious was I felt rubbed and I woke up. “IS THIS MASTURBATION?”
