I recently received a job offer for 100k base and up to 15k in bonus each year, so around 115k TC. I knew this company was very interested in me and would have definitely went higher if I pushed them. When I received the offer, I signed it right away because it is already significantly more than what I am making at the moment (just hit 3 YOE). I probably could have gotten around 105-110k base instead, which would have snowballed in later salary increases, bonuses, etc.
After I signed the offer, I knew I really messed up by not negotiating a higher pay and I have been super bummed out about it since. I should be stoked for the offer, but knowing I just screwed myself out of a few thousand is really bringing my mood down. What would you do? Just learn from the mistake and move on? Or is there anyway I can still negotiate?
