Upskill my machine learning skills /u/Huge-Leek844 CSCQ protests reddit

Hello all,

I work in automotive as an embedded software developer in applications. I worked on estimation and machine learning projects: road profiling (detect potholes, rough road), detect a sleepy driver based on only steering wheel angle, detect car external damage without cameras. I applied feature extraction, sensor signal processing, time-serie analysis, kalman filters, and classifiers like SVM, Neural Nets, etc.

My workflow is to develop models in python (TensorFlow) and port it to an ECU (a microcontroller).

What could i learn to upskill my machine learning skills and get better offers? I see tons of Generative AI and LLMs, but my work is very far away from it.
