Hello ^
I’ve been feeling like picking up one of the games again, but I’d like to know what to purchase. Both regarding story and overall content (Like how many hours)
The last time I played was in 2019-early 2020, and it was just base game Monster Hunter World. I think I finished the story quests at the time, but I’m not sure. If I pick up the expansion for it, I’d want to start over with a new character. Although if the dlc doesn’t have much in it, then it wouldn’t be worth going through base game again?
Or I could pick up Rise, or possibly wait for the upcoming one.
Are they all connected story wise? Or are they separate? If they are, I’d just start with World again.
I guess ultimately it depends on whether World’s expansion is worth clearing base game again, and if it isn’t and the stories aren’t all connected I could just go with Rise. What do you think?
