Hi, Not to be insensitive, but when I got my credit card statement today, I got an ad on the back. It’s about a girl named Chantelle Bushie who went missing in 2007. Since missing people are presumed dead after 7 years and there has not been any new developments in her case since 2012, why do they still print this ad?
Also as she was born in 1991, she is not a kid anymore, does the count of her age stop as soon as she goes missing?
Just trying to understand. Thanks.
