Unusually fast heart rate during any sexual activity /u/Secret-Platypus-366 Sex

For the past few weeks I (27 m) have had a weirdly fast heart rate anytime I do anything sexual. Doesn’t matter if it’s masturbation, cowgirl, blowjob, whatever.

This is really odd for me because sexual things typically don’t make my heart race. But now when I’m aroused, my heart rate will be around 120, and when I’m about to finish it’ll be around 140. I first noticed it around three weeks ago and thought it was just because I got overheated, but it just keeps happening.

I don’t know if it’s anxiety or a sign of something more serious. I am overweight, but nothing else has been making my heart do this. My heart rate during exercise or walking up a flight of stairs is completely normal.

I’ve also had multiple ECGs in the past and nothing was abnormal.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
