I passed the power day stage, and I was optimistic, but it seems like the position I initially applied for was filled. I then had one team matching “meet and greet”, but it seemed like I didn’t have some skills they were looking for.
Is this a dead-end for most people? Has anyone been in this position and gotten an offer? I’m concerned that, as new positions open up, they will simply recruit newer applicants who passed the power day after me.
