Not that Lesser Restoration and classes don’t just gets to ignore diseases or now known as magical contagions for free, they really add to the fear of the jungle. I had a player infected with Zombie Rot and they stayed up many nights to avoid the rot from claiming them while the rest party scrambled to try to find a cure. It made using magical contagions feel rewarding as a DM and my party was really loving the how much more the jungle felt like a threat.
