Yesterday my cousin anthony and his bf hunter received a big heavy Appliance to their house and I was there visiting while this happened. Now when the two men that were delivering got there they had to do all this maneuvering to get it upstairs as they live in a three-story house on the top half with the the worst staircase layout I’ve ever seen to get up there. So of course they were panting and very tired because that’s hard work.
At least I think so anyways because they were carrying up a big washer dryer combo. Now when they left I was standing up by the couch and Hunter comes over to talk to me. He then goes do you know why those men were panting and out of breath? I said no why? He goes because they were pretending just to try and get a tip out of us or hoping we’d give them a tip. One of those two things and I couldn’t believe him. The fact that this moron would even dare assume they’re just pretending is beyond stupid.
I would love for him to go downstairs carry that up and do all the maneuvering they had to do just to get it where it went. Then tell me it’s not heavy. Like come on now. Have any of you ever had this thought in your mind? Also if you heard someone say this to you what would you reply to them?
