What’s everyone’s strategy for the age of AI? /u/haosmark CSCQ protests reddit

I’m currently working a software dev at a major bank. Can’t really say that I’m learning much in my role. Everyone here seems be bombarded with tasks and a lot of them aren’t even software development related, more like infrastructure… Deploying, looking at logs, rebooting kube pods, etc.

With AI drastically changing our environment, what do you guys do to prepare for what’s to come? Do you study something specific? Every time I open a book to learn more about Spring, or Kubernetes, I just keep feeling demotivated and a little scared that it’s a waste of time.
