Should i leave a job to pay off my debt? /u/Verrati873 CSCQ protests reddit

I currently earn €1,700 per month and have received an offer for €2,200 per month. I like my current job and team, which is office-based. The new role offers a hybrid work setup and higher pay but comes with a lower title—I’m currently a Product Manager, and the new position is as a Business Process Development Specialist.

I also have monthly debt payments of €900. However, the new role seems less interesting and potentially boring compared to my current one.

Should I leave my job despite liking it and the team?

In my country those salaries are above average)
