My primary care physician doesn’t accept medicaid. That’s fair enough. I offered to pay for my appointment out of pocket, but they said that I’m not even allowed to make an appointment at their practice since I have medicaid. They mentioned that medicaid would fine them huge amounts.
Has anyone ever heard of something like this happening? I’ve never felt like a second class citizen before.
