We did it missionary style (he brought my leg up to my stomach in a bent position if that makes sense), I do try and keep fit but I noticed the next day my left hip and bum cheek were a bit sore (not aganosingly painful but was a bit achy) which was still a little bit sore the next day but has now stopped.
