Does anyone know why he is dug up and grave defaced? /u/SprocketSimulations Red Dead Redemption

I figured out the story about him, famous skater, war hero, looks like he lost his leg in an injury, moved up to Barrow Lagoon, died and buried there. But I don’t see any reason why someone would dislike him to dig him up and write “No ice in hell” on his headstone.
