I bought an Index nearly 6 years ago. Over the weekend, one of my base stations finally bit the dust and started flashing red.
I was completely prepared to just buy another one, but figured I’d try support anyway.
This morning I got the email saying they were prepping an advanced RMA for my base station.
I will never be afraid to buy anything from them because I know they’ll go far beyond expectations.
