If the creator of a group chat leaves does the chat disappear? /u/bbaloser123 Steam on Reddit

Long story short someone created a group chat in steam with himself, another person and me. I sent a message and left.

If the person who created the chat left the group, would the chat disappear, or would the third person have access to this group chat and any messages left?
