Coursera course estimated duration /u/Radiant_Sail2090 Python Education

Not directly related to Python but i’m following a course about it. Coursera reddit blocked this message so i try here.

I’ve started a Coursera course with the first 7 trial days before subscription.

The course said it would require 2 months at 10 hours/week. There are 4 chapters in total and if you sum the hours you get around 80 hours. Nice!

Then i started the course… and in less than 1 hour i’ve finished the first 2 weeks. Also each week had 15 minutes of videos and 3 hours of excercises but in reality to solve them you need minutes.

So i wonder how many hours is that. If it was an 80-hours course then i think it can teach you something, but if it’s just a few hours does it is at a good enough level?? And why these estimated hours are so fake??
