This is the first time I’ve survived longer than a couple of in-game weeks in hardcore. I started out exploring, digging out some archaeology, building a skeleton mob grinder, and collecting resources. I made a small village and transported villagers over as well. On day 100 I still didn’t have a house yet (I was working out of a cave I dug into the mountain). 63 days later and this is my base! I am still working on the interior, but I am so happy with this build. My next step will be to get some enchantments and work on villager trading.
