FYI bad experience with beltology customer service /u/TurkeyNimbloya /r/malefashionadvice

Accidentally chose the wrong address through Apple Pay. Emailed customer service within literal seconds asking to change the address. They emailed back saying they wouldn’t change the address and I should hope whoever receives the belt will return it so I can get a refund – obviously that’s not how the world works so I guess I just lost $100.
